Home | Accessibility

Accessibility is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. To make the site more user friendly, we are continually working towards addressing the accessibility and usability of our website and in doing so, attempt to adhere to many of the available standards and guidelines.

Site Information

The website is laid out using a stylesheet (CSS). Text, with the exception of graphical text, can be increased or decreased in size by using the instructions provided below. Images that convey important information have alternative text; where an image is used for a decorative purpose, the alternative text may be left blank. Wherever possible, we use live text instead of graphics and images to reduce the download time of pages and increase your control.

Standard fonts are used throughout the site for easy legibility and we have attempted to not convey information exclusively using colour. A sitemap is available to provide information about the layout of the website in addition to a ‘breadcrumb’ trail below the main content of each page to show users the path from the home page to the current page in the site.
