Our renowned executive chef, Kelly Macdonald, uses only the freshest seasonal ingredients, earth-friendly produce, humanely raised meats, and line-caught or responsibly farmed fish. Guests aboard the Wine Train enjoy the option of lunch or dinner as they view the vineyards and wineries from the lavishly restored vintage 1915-1917 Pullman Dining car, Lounge or the 1947 Vista Dome rail cars. The Wine Train hosts a wide variety of special events throughout the year including vintners lunches, family date nights, and the very entertaining Murder Mystery Dinner Theater.
